We have created these Terms of Use to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of the privacy of customers or visitors (“you” or “your”) of and to our Website (the “Site”). These Terms of Use set forth what information we may collect and how it may be used. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Site. By using this Site, you signify your assent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

While we strive to protect your Personal Information, Morongo cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us. Nor can Morongo guarantee the security of information provided to third-party websites that are linked to from Morongo’s Site. Therefore, should you choose to provide Personal Information, you do so at your own risk and with the understanding that Morongo disclaims any liability for the disclosure of any information submitted to Morongo through the Site.

6. Mobile Application
When you use the Morongo Mobile Application, we may track and collect certain information that is non-personally identifiable. This information may include:

• Your player identification number
• Your device operating system
• The duration of mobile application use
• Mobile application pages / scenes viewed
• Location Information

The information does not personally identify you and is used for marketing purposes and improving your experience using the mobile application. We may combine information collected within the application with data that has been collected using offline resources including but not limited to player accounts, surveys, and market research.

• If you have downloaded our mobile application(s) and wish to benefit from all of the application’s features, such as receiving special offers for Morongo Casino Resort Spa close to your location, you must allow the application to collect, process, transmit, and use real-time geographical information about the location of your mobile phone (the “Local Information”). You may withdraw this consent at any time by disabling the location services settings on your mobile device. Disabling such services will not impact any of the application’s non-location-based features.
• Our mobile application is not intended for person under the age of 18. When you use the Morongo Mobile Application, we track and collect certain information that is non-personally identifiable. You have the option within the mobile app settings to logout and delete your mobile app information. You may also request that we delete your mobile app information. You may submit a deletion request using the methods below in the contact information section.

7. SMS Application
Mobile phone user privacy is extremely important to us. We may modify, supplement or amend our Privacy Policy at any time. Any such revision will be effective upon its posting.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

• Morongo Casino Resort Spa is offering a SMS text alert program. Upon joining, you will receive a confirmation text to confirm your participation in this program. Once enrolled, you will receive recurring marketing text messages from or on behalf of Morongo Casino Resort Spa with special offers and upcoming event promotions. At any time, the user can cancel Morongo Casino Resort Spa’s text message service by replying STOP to the Opt-In SMS text message. Service will continue until user cancels.
• Limitations: Morongo Casino Resort Spa’s General SMS Service is available on most carriers including CG, ALLTEL AWCC, AT&T Mobility, Boost, Cricket, Google Voice, Metro PCS, Nextel, Rural Carrier Groups, Sprint, Tier 2/3 Carrier Group, T-Mobile®, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, and Virgin Mobile. Requires text-enabled handset. Carriers listed are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Other Network Carriers will be added as they become available.
• Message and Data rates may apply: Messages recur until the user cancels the service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
