Request a Win/Loss Statement
Four ways to request a Win/Loss Statement:
Request statements for the past four years instantly using our secure online portal.
If it’s your first time using the portal, you must register your account first. Follow these steps to get started:
- You’ll need your Morongo Rewards Card number, Morongo Rewards Card PIN, and a valid email address.
- Click the “First Time” link and enter your name, email address, and password as prompted.
- Check your email for a confirmation message from Morongo. Click the link within to confirm and return to the portal.
- It my take a few minutes for your message to arrive.
- If you don’t see your message, check your Spam folder.
- When prompted, click to “Submit Verification” and return to the portal login screen.
- Enter your email and password and click “Submit”.
- Link your Morongo Rewards account.
- You must have your Morongo Rewards Card PIN. If you don’t remember your PIN, it may only be reset in person at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa with a valid photo ID.
- If you know your Morongo Rewards Card number and PIN, select “Input Player ID” and enter in the spaces provided and click “Submit”.
- If you know your Morongo Rewards Card PIN, but don’t have the Card number, select “Lookup Player ID” and enter your name, driver’s license #, date of birth, and PIN in the spaces provided and click “Submit.”
- Your driver’s license number must match the ID provided at the time of Morongo Rewards enrollment.
- When Morongo Rewards account is linked successfully, you may select a year from the drop-down menu and click “Request” to load the year’s Win-Loss Statement.
- Download or open the Morongo App.
- Login to your account. (link Morongo Rewards Account if prompted)
- In the account scene, select Win/Loss Statement under the ‘Quick Links’ section.
- Select the year in which you’d like to request to view and download your statement.
- Please open and print this Request for W2G Win/Loss Statement.
- After completing the form, please scan and email the finished form to the following email address: revenueaudit@morongo.com
- Your W2G Win/Loss Statement will be processed and emailed to you within 2 business days.
- Please call 951-755-5340 and, when prompted, dial extension 23438.
- Please leave your name, address, Morongo Rewards account number, and - if you'd like to receive your Win/Loss Statement via email - your email address.
- If you've provided an email address, you should receive your statement within 1-2 business days.
- If you provide only a mailing address, your Win/Loss Statement will be processed and mailed to your address within 2-3 weeks.
- Please open and print this Request for W2G Win/Loss Statement.
- After completing the form, please mail the finished form to the following address: Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, Attn: Casino Audits Manager, 49500 Seminole Drive, Cabazon, CA 92230
- Your W2G Win/Loss Statement will be processed and mailed to your address within 2-3 weeks.
